I was listening to a little bit of an artist named Andrew Bird today. You can watch the video/concert below and get a taste. The songs "sovay" and "nervous tic motion" are great. He uses some sort of recording device to create a loop and then he switches to another instrument or adds another layer of music. Great whistler as well.
